Gluten Free Granola

Ingredients:

4c Rolled Oats
2c Nuts...any you would like to use
3 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2c Warm Water
3/4c Maple Syrup
3/4c Dried Blueberries
3/4c Dried Cranberries

**Remember you can use either GF or regular ingredients depending on your dietary preferences.

Utensils needed:

Bowl
Parchment paper
Baking sheet
Spatula


Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Mix Oats, Nuts & Spices in a bowl
Mix Water & Syrup
Then, in a large bowl, combine Oats mixture and Water mixture, stir well.
Spread the combined mixture onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Stir every 10 minutes
Cook 30 minutes
Remove from pan & stir in Fruit
Cool, enjoy or store!
