Day 2 - Squats on Stronglifts 5x5. 

50 for 5x5. I start low since the weight increases by 5 pounds every time I lift. 



Day 2 - Overhead Press on Stronglifts 5x5

42 for 5x5. This actually was too heavy for me considering moving up every lifting day. 




Day 2 - Deadlift on Stronglifts 5x5

65 for 5x1. Deadlift goes up by 10 pounds because DL will increase due to squatting every day.
