Zucchini Chips





Ingredients:

Zucchini
Olive Oil
Salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 225. Line two large baking sheets with silicon baking mats or parchment paper
Slice Zucchini with a mandolin for uniform slices
Place slices between 2 sheets of paper towels and press to draw water out
Line slices on baking sheets tightly. Do not overlap
Brush or spritz with olive oil
Sprinkle with salt. Do not over season. Add more later if needed
Bake for 2+ hours until they start to brown and are crisp
Let cool before removing
Store in air tight container for no more than 3 days
